What was done:
- an engineering and technical examination was carried out
- Work was carried out to modify the supporting structures, widen window openings, and increase living space by converting terraces and the space beneath them into full-fledged parts of the house.
Following this, a range of repair and construction works was completed, including:
- electrical installation
- underfloor heating systems
- ducted air conditioning system
- tiling and painting works
- work with sewerage and plumbing
