ARBAT was founded on the Côte d'Azur in 2019 as a family business. Initially, it focused on technical work and small renovations of apartments and houses, gradually developing its own approach to process organization, quality of execution, and project management.
One of the first notable milestones was a project to develop a commercial space in Nice for an international brand. In the following years, the company completed around twenty similar projects in various regions of France. Despite their relatively small scale, these projects required precise preparation, precise coordination, well-thought-out logistics, and strict adherence to deadlines.
During this same period, another important off-site project was the cosmetic renovation of a hotel near Saint-Tropez, which provided additional experience in remotely managing a site outside the company's primary geography.
In 2021, the company opened its own warehouse and administrative office in Nice. Since then, the company's structure has become more stable, and its work has expanded to include more complex projects, requiring the entire process to be managed, from the initial stage to the final turnkey delivery.
Gradually, private villa renovations became a key focus. Along with this, the share of projects involving structural modifications, technically complex solutions, and multi-stage organization, requiring the coordination of numerous specialists, supplies, and work processes, increased.
In 2023, the company entered a new phase of growth. The volume of work increased approximately threefold over the year. Several full-scale projects were simultaneously underway, including villa renovations, apartment overhauls, commercial spaces, and projects with complex technical components. Since then, managing three to four complex projects simultaneously has become the company's standard operating procedure.
This growth required further strengthening of the internal organization. The next stage of development was built not only on increasing volumes but also on strengthening the company's structure to maintain stability, control, and the level of execution at each site.
Since 2024, the company has operated not only in France but also in Italy, in the Tuscany region. As projects have become more complex, the company's experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers from various countries has expanded. At the same time, the proportion of projects requiring high-quality finishes, sophisticated materials, and increased precision has increased.
Over the course of several years, ARBAT has grown from a small family business into a structured company capable of managing complex projects across multiple regions and working with projects of varying scale and complexity.
The company began with technical work, so special attention is always paid not only to what's visible in the final product, but above all to what remains hidden behind the finish: the structure, engineering systems, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, preparation, and the quality of installation. This is where fundamental quality begins for us, as an internal standard where no compromises are tolerated.

Over the years, we've gained significant experience in projects involving structural modifications and are adept at working with the existing building structure, sequencing interventions correctly, and implementing complex spatial transformations without losing control of the structure.
The level of finishing is equally important. Our craftsmen work with natural stone, wood, plaster elements, stucco, and high-precision paint preparation, where the final result depends on clean lines, precise surfaces, and attention to detail.
Another important feature of ARBAT is its ability to see projects through to completion. We've completed projects many times after others, but we've never left a single project unfinished.
Today, ARBAT is already among the strongest companies in its segment on the Côte d'Azur. We understand our level, our strengths, and the scope of the tasks we are capable of undertaking.
